Joinery Draftsman – Furniture

Job Summary

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings for Interior Design (ID) packages.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure drawings meet project specifications and client requirements.
  • Prepare and issue production drawings, job orders, and cutting lists.
  • Provide detailed technical drawings for joinery items including cabinetry, doors, wardrobes, kitchens, and custom furniture.
  • Review and revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
  • Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure accuracy and smooth workflow.
  • Conduct material take-offs and assist in quantity estimation.
  • Support the site team with technical clarifications and resolve drawing-related issues.

Qualification:

  • Degree in engineering
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in joinery/ fitout companies
  • Self-reliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max,3D modelling, Photoshop Adobe, Microsoft office
  • General Knowledge of the interior fit-out/joinery industry & competition

Junior HR Coordinator

Job description:

Gender: Female

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handles the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer issuance
  • Liaise with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements
  • Assist onboarding, including documentation and employee orientation

2. Attendance & Time Management

  • Handle daily employee attendance, timesheets, and shift schedules
  • Monitor absenteeism, sick leave, and leave records
  • Ensure accuracy of attendance data and resolve discrepancies
  • Integrate attendance data into payroll systems

3. Probation Management

  • Track employee probation periods and send timely reminders for evaluations
  • Assist managers in completing probation assessments
  • Maintain records of confirmations, extensions, or terminations

4. Leave Management

  • Administer annual leave, sick leave, and other leave types
  • Maintain accurate leave balances in the HR system
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws

5. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS and ERP systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Generate HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and employee records

6. General HR Support

  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee files and documentation
  • Assist in audits and compliance activities

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration Management (Human Resource)
  • 2 – 4 years of UAE experience in HR, with strong focus on recruitment, attendance and payroll management
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS and ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes, timekeeping systems, and labor laws

MEP Drafting Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting/construction companies to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in accordance with project specifications and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
  • Review consultant drawings and identify clashes with other disciplines
  • Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams
  • Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV drawings
  • Review and modify drawings based on design changes and site conditions
  • Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project standards
  • Update drawings based on site conditions and approvals
  • Maintain proper drawing records and revisions
  • Support project execution teams as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience as MEP Draftsman in contracting companies
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction standards, and authority submissions
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Sales Engineer |Business Development Executive

Job description:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
