ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Job Description
Review, prepare electrical shop drawing as per the client requirement and specification in accordance with ADDC Rules and Regulations.
Prepare, review of “AS Built drawing” for the electrical and low current systems (Fire Alarm, Access control system, CCTV, SCS, Public Address system, Lighting Control system, Toilet Alarm System, etc)
Prepare the material approval request, inspection test request, shop drawing approval to get the approval from consultant/client.
Control and guide all electrical & low current subordinates, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
Preparing the method of statement for the different works including electrical lighting, power and all low current systems.
Monitor the site progress and lead the construction team to ensure proper implementation on site in compliance with project schedule, quality standards, electrical codes and local regulations.
Prepare billing (BOQ) as per installation in project and get the approval to consultant and client.
Attend the technical meetings between the MEP subcontractor & suppliers.
Coordinate between electrical discipline and all other project disciplines.
Guide the QA/QC electrical team for proper installations & material inspections.
Handle testing, commissioning, startup and handing over to the client.
Prepares Design, load calculation (such as SLD and Load Schedule), voltage drop, ATS, Generator, Cables, etc.
Project Tendering Quantity estimation for all electrical related works.
Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for preparing material submittal and follow up until approval.
Distribution of labour at site according to the project schedule.
Daily progress report to the line manager.
Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in similar roles
AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Construction Experience)
Job Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE construction projects.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and material submittals.
Conduct regular site visits and follow up on ongoing projects and inquiries.
Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accurate product recommendations.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, deliveries, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Qualifications and Experience:
15–20 years of experience in the UAE construction industry
Proven background in business development with UAE-based construction or consultancy firms
Strong network within the UAE construction market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Educational degree is not mandatory

SENIOR ESTIMATION ENGINEER (Fitout Experience)
Job Summary
1. Strategic Tendering & Commercial Authority
Take full ownership of the tendering process from initial receipt of tender documents to final submission and post-tender negotiations.
Analyse tender requirements to determine project viability, risk factors, and strategic approach.
Lead tender review meetings with executive leadership, presenting clear commercial rationales for proposed bid amounts.
2. Estimation & Value Engineering
Oversee the preparation of detailed, accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) from architectural drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Identify opportunities for Value Engineering (VE) early in the process, proposing alternative materials or methodologies to improve client budgets without compromising design intent or company margins.
Conduct comprehensive pre-tender site visits to assess logistics, site conditions, and potential hidden costs.
3. Supply Chain Management & Negotiation
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, specialized joinery workshops, and MEP subcontractors.
Apply advanced negotiation strategies to secure preferential rates, credit terms, and service level agreements from the supply chain.
Critically evaluate subcontractor quotations for scope compliance, identifying exclusions or hidden risks before incorporating them into the master bid.
4. Leadership & Delegation
Manage, mentor, and guide junior estimators and quantity surveyors.
Implement an authority-based delegation structure within the estimation team, assigning ownership of specific trade packages (e.g., MEP, joinery, finishes) to team members rather than micro-managing individual tasks.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tracking systems to streamline the estimation pipeline.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate seamless handovers of awarded projects to the Project Management and Procurement teams, ensuring all commercial assumptions, margins, and VE options are clearly communicated.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure internal manufacturing costs (e.g., bespoke joinery) are accurately captured in the estimates.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of dedicated estimation experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the interior fit-out industry.
Deep understanding of the local supply chain, prevailing market rates, and specific local authority regulations.
High proficiency in estimation software, advanced spreadsheet modelling, and an ability to read complex architectural and MEP drawings.

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER (Fitout Experience)
Job Summary
Proven experience in handling large-scale projects.
Strong proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
Good knowledge of contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC is an advantage)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Professional certifications, Scheduling Professional (PSP) are preferred
Solid understanding of:
Project scheduling and baseline preparation
Critical Path Method (CPM)
Resource loading and cost control
Progress monitoring and reporting
Delay analysis and claims (EOT preparation is a plus)
Experience in preparing:
Detailed project schedules
Weekly and monthly progress reports
Recovery and mitigation plans
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architect Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in planning and scheduling for Construction and Fitout projects
Experience working in the UAE or GCC region
Familiarity with project dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
