BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Construction Experience)
Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE construction projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and material submittals.
- Conduct regular site visits and follow up on ongoing projects and inquiries.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accurate product recommendations.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, deliveries, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Qualifications and Experience:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Construction Experience)
Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry events.
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, procurement, and project teams to prepare competitive bids and proposals.
- Monitor tender opportunities and support the bidding process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in contract finalization.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain an updated CRM database of clients, prospects, and business activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER (Fitout w/ Construction Experience)
Job Description
- Proven experience in handling large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Good knowledge of contract conditions (e.g., FIDIC is an advantage)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Professional certifications, Scheduling Professional (PSP) are preferred
- Solid understanding of:
- Project scheduling and baseline preparation
- Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Resource loading and cost control
- Progress monitoring and reporting
- Delay analysis and claims (EOT preparation is a plus)
- Experience in preparing:
- Detailed project schedules
- Weekly and monthly progress reports
- Recovery and mitigation plans
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architect Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5–10 years of planning experience in construction, with at least 2 years in senior planning roles.
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC region
- Strong experience in high-rise residential, hospitality, and fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Familiarity with project dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)

FIT OUT ENGINEER (Interior Fitout Experience)
Job Description
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to plan and execute fit-out works.
- Ensure that all fit-out works are aligned with the project timeline and budget.
- Coordinate between various stakeholders including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee on-site construction and fit-out activities to ensure they are completed according to the approved plans and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the project specifications and quality standards.
- Address any technical or design issues that arise during the fit-out phase.
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical documentation related to fit-out works
- Suggest modifications and improvements to design when necessary to optimize the project outcome
- Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring that fit-out works stay within financial limits
