Sales Engineer |Business Development Executive
Job description:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and working with the client through the closing process
- Collaborating with management on business goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- 3 years’ experience in the same position; construction industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Bachelor Degree
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
QAQC ENGINEER
JOB SUMMARY:
Convert the designs of architects and engineers into technical drawings and plans.
Prepare the complete as built drawing as per requirements.
Prepare the shop drawing as per the detail IFC drawing as per the schedule.
Attend to any drawing changes when needed during the project progress.
Reviews the subcontractor’s quantities & process to match the required specifications and drawings.
Quantity take off for the projects.
Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools
KEY SKILLS:
Detailed oriented
Problem solving
Able to work under pressure
