MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Construction Experience)
Job Summary
Assist in supervising mechanical works( HVAC ,Fire Fighting ,Drainage & Water supply ) and installations at the project site.
Support installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, equipment, and piping networks.
Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
Ensure works are executed according to project specifications and approved drawings.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, and other MEP teams to avoid conflicts during installation.
Monitor work progress and assist in preparing daily and weekly site reports.
Assist in ensuring the availability of materials, tools, and manpower as per project schedule.
Participate in site inspections and support quality control activities.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover processes.
Report technical issues to senior engineers and support in resolving site problems.
Follow company HSE policies and ensure safe work practices at the site.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in mechanical engineering or construction projects ( Infra project experience is a Advantage )
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation, and construction practices.
Should be familiar with AutoCAD drafting
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements.
Basic knowledge of testing, commissioning, and project documentation

MEP Engineer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural teams.
Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Prepare and review MEP method statements and work procedures.
Coordinate material procurement schedules with project timelines.
Raise and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) with consultants.
Verify site measurements and ensure proper setting out of services.
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP installations.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM tools.
Supervise on-site installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Support cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives.
Ensure proper integration of MEP systems with fire & life safety systems.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Assist in authority inspections and approvals.
Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on site.
Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers and site staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
3–5 years of experience in MEP coordination within construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
Experience in testing & commissioning (T&C) of MEP systems.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
UAE Driving license holder preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

MEP Drafting Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting/construction companies to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in accordance with project specifications and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings
Review consultant drawings and identify clashes with other disciplines
Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams
Develop HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV drawings
Review and modify drawings based on design changes and site conditions
Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project standards
Update drawings based on site conditions and approvals
Maintain proper drawing records and revisions
Support project execution teams as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years experience as MEP Draftsman in contracting companies
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction standards, and authority submissions
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
